The Philips N2200 is a mono cassette deck.

The main features of the Philips N2200 cassette deck are: 1 head, tape type selection with support for normal tapes, belt driven single-capstan transport.

Typical of this deck is the 70's top loading layout with the cassette compartiment located on the center of the deck. Tape eject is operated mechanically and the cassette needs to be placed directly over the head block. Additionally the heads can be easilly accessed for cleaning.
