This Sansui D-505 is a stereo cassette deck with Dolby B and C noise reduction, it was first sold by Sansui in 1986 with a recommended retail price of USD $320.

The main features of the Sansui D-505 cassette deck are: 2 heads, digital tape counter with 4 digits, tape type selection and capable of handling normal, chrome and metal tapes.
